Welcome to SanookFit. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SanookFit website at sanookfit.com, our online fitness programs, subscription plans, digital products, downloadable content, and community services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About SanookFit
SanookFit is a home fitness brand. In Thai, "sanook" means joy, and our mission is to make fitness fun, flexible, and accessible to everyone. We specialise in no-gym, no-equipment bodyweight workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere, supported by science-backed programs, trainers, and a motivating community.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase a subscription. Minors may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
3. Health & Safety Disclaimer
SanookFit provides general fitness and wellness information and home workout programs. We are not a licensed medical provider, and our content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise carries inherent risks. Before beginning any workout program, you should consult a qualified physician, especially if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, are recovering from injury, or have any concerns about your health.
You participate in all workouts at your own risk. Because our programs are performed at home and unsupervised, you are responsible for exercising within your own limits, using proper form, ensuring you have safe space and surroundings, and stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SanookFit is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of our home fitness programs.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals
Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription you authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the applicable recurring fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable prior notice. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting info@sanookfit.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Digital Products & Licence
All workouts, training videos, downloadable guides, and other content remain the property of SanookFit or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicense, reproduce, or publicly display the content without our prior written permission.
7. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions and digital products are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where required by applicable consumer law in your region, you may have additional statutory rights to a refund or cancellation that these Terms do not limit.
8. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct
When using our community features you agree to be respectful and lawful. You must not post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion to protect the community.
9. Intellectual Property
The SanookFit name, logo, trademarks, website design, and all related content are owned by SanookFit. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SanookFit and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your country of residence, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any statutory rights that cannot be waived.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
12. Regional Provisions
The following provisions apply in addition to the Terms above, depending on where you reside. Where a regional provision conflicts with the general Terms, the regional provision prevails for residents of that region.
12.1 Thailand
For residents of Thailand, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA"). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data as provided under the PDPA.
12.2 European Union & European Economic Area
If you reside in the EU/EEA, our processing of your personal data complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. You also benefit from mandatory EU consumer protection law, including, where applicable, a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Note that for digital content you may agree to begin immediate access and thereby waive this withdrawal right where permitted. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12.3 United Kingdom
If you reside in the UK, our data processing complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and you benefit from consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases subject to the digital content exceptions. You may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) regarding data concerns.
12.4 United States
If you reside in the United States, these Terms are intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable federal and state law. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; SanookFit does not sell your personal information. Disputes may, where lawful, be subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you may have the right to opt out of arbitration as described in any applicable notice. Nothing limits rights that cannot be waived under your state's law.
12.5 Canada
If you reside in Canada, our handling of personal information complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. You have the right to access and correct your personal information. Consumer protection legislation in your province may grant you additional cancellation and refund rights.
12.6 Australia
If you reside in Australia, our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
12.7 Other Regions
If you access the Services from any other country, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand except where mandatory local consumer or data protection laws of your country of residence apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or the law. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
Except where superseded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence as described in the Regional Provisions above, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
