Refund Policy

At SanookFit, we are committed to ensuring that our members have the best possible experience with our programs, products, and services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to be transparent about how refunds are handled.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

  • Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

  • Digital products, including but not limited to downloadable workout plans, e-books, and nutrition guides, are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or opened, as they are considered delivered upon purchase.

Subscription Plans

  • Refunds apply only to new subscription purchases.

  • Renewal payments for ongoing subscriptions are non-refundable, so please ensure you cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

  • If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the services until the end of your billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued.

Products & Merchandise

  • Physical products (e.g., branded clothing, bottles, mats) may be eligible for a refund or exchange if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof (photo or video).

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@sanookfit.com with the following details:

  1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase.

  2. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or subscription confirmation).

  3. A brief explanation of your request.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
