At SanookFit, we want you to love your fitness journey. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions, digital products, and other purchases made through the SanookFit website at sanookfit.com (the "Services"). This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

Because SanookFit primarily provides digital fitness content, online programs, and home workout services that are delivered instantly, refunds are handled according to the type of product or service you purchased and the consumer protection laws that apply in your region. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

2. Subscription Plans

Our subscription plans give you ongoing access to workouts, training programs, and community features. The following applies to subscriptions:

  • Cooling-off refund: If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not substantially used the Services (for example, by streaming or downloading a significant portion of the content).
  • Recurring renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
  • Accidental or duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same plan, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.

3. Digital Products & Downloadable Content

One-off digital products such as workout guides, training plans, and downloadable videos are delivered instantly. Once you have downloaded or accessed a digital product, it is generally non-refundable because it cannot be returned. We will, however, provide a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, does not match its description, or cannot be accessed due to a technical problem on our side that we are unable to resolve.

4. Physical Products

If you purchase any physical merchandise from our shop, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to applicable return shipping costs. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@sanookfit.com from the address associated with your account, including your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by law, refunds are not available where you have fully consumed or downloaded the digital content, where a subscription has been actively used during the billing period, where a request is made after the applicable refund window has passed, or where there is evidence of abuse of this Policy (such as repeated refund requests after accessing content).

7. Health-Related Cancellations

Because we are a home fitness service, we understand that injury or illness can interrupt your training. If a medical condition prevents you from continuing, contact us at info@sanookfit.com and we will do our best to offer a fair solution, such as pausing your subscription or providing a pro-rated credit, at our discretion.


8. Regional Refund Rights

The following provisions apply in addition to the above, depending on where you reside. Where a regional provision gives you stronger rights than this Policy, the regional provision prevails for residents of that region.

8.1 Thailand

For residents of Thailand, refunds are handled in accordance with Thai consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and related regulations. Disputes are subject to the laws and courts of the Kingdom of Thailand.

8.2 European Union & European Economic Area

If you reside in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. For digital content, you may agree to begin immediate access and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once delivery has started, in line with the Directive. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods and services are unaffected.

8.3 United Kingdom

If you reside in the UK, you benefit from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases, subject to the digital content exception where you have consented to immediate access. You are also entitled to a remedy if digital content is faulty or not as described.

8.4 United States

If you reside in the United States, refunds are provided as described in this Policy and in accordance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Some states provide additional cancellation rights for subscriptions and automatically renewing services; where such rights apply, we honour them. California subscribers may cancel and obtain refunds as required by California's automatic renewal law.

8.5 Canada

If you reside in Canada, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, which may grant additional cancellation and refund rights for distance and online contracts.

8.6 Australia

If you reside in Australia, our Services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product or service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor failures, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund.

8.7 Other Regions

If you access the Services from any other country, refunds are provided as described in this Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the law of your country of residence.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or the law. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
